The Barrié Foundation is the scenario of a continuous program, with conferences, seminars, exhibitions and concerts, as well as a daily educational activity for schools and the general public.

The Foundation works from the two most populated cities in Galicia, articulating its activity from the north and south axis and amplifying it to the rest of the community.

In keeping with the explicit wishes of its founder, our main mission is to promote progress in Galicia. The foundation activity focuses in four distinct areas: Science, Social Action, Heritage and Culture, and Education.
